Biography
Dana Mansouri is a highly experienced UX professional with over eight years of expertise in user-centred design, UX research, and interface design. He is skilled in applying design thinking, conversion design, user behaviour analysis, and artificial intelligence to improve digital products. Dana has managed projects for major financial institutions such as BMO, RBC, and Scotiabank, as well as for academic institutions like the University of Toronto, the University of Ohio, and Yorkville University. He has also collaborated with the Government of Canada. In addition, he provides mentorship to aspiring designers at the University of Central Florida.
Dana's approach is grounded in user-centric design, with a focus on empathy and discovery in user research, strategic definition, creative thinking during the build phase, and analyzing user behaviour in the testing phase. He is committed to propelling digital transformation and optimizing user journeys from concept to innovation.
